Deeds are conveyances which transfer title of property from one party to another. The deed gives date of instrument, names of grantor (seller) and grantee (purchaser), location of property, amount paid for the property, grantor's notarized signature, certification of county clerk, and date recorded.

Warren, the twenty-fourth Kentucky county, was created in 1796 from part of Logan County. It is named for General Joseph Warren. Bowling Green is the county seat.
